Senior Surveyor/Associate - Property Asset Management

My client is a leading property consultancy in the UK with a global presence. They are seen as one of the top consultancies within the industry and I am currently collaborating with them to fill a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor position as a Commercial Property & Asset Manager for a high profile portfolio.

The business was founded over 100 years ago, it has over 500 offices worldwide and ~20,000 employees. They are experts across all elements of professional services and agency across the Commercial and Residential sectors.

You will be expected to provide high quality property and asset management, develop, and maintain strong client relationships through providing a top tier service, characterised by integrity and goodwill. You will be responsible for property and asset management of large portfolios, drafting and reconciliation of service charge, lease advisory and L&T representation. You will also be managing, maintaining, and building relationships with high profile clients.

The successful candidate will be qualified at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level.
