Commercial Valuation Surveyor

I am pleased to be collaborating with an established multi-disciplinary firm, who are looking to strengthen their Valuation team with an experienced Commercial Valuation Surveyor.

The business was established over a century ago and provide expertise across multiple sectors within London and South East. They provide expert valuation services and expert witness on behalf of clients. The valuation team have an excellent reputation in the industry due to their knowledge and combined experience.

You will join a small team to carry out commercial valuation services on behalf of bank clients for loan security purposes and private individuals for tax purposes. You will be providing valuation services across retail, office, industrial and mixed-use assets.

The successful applicant will be a newly qualified or a qualified Surveyor with experience in valuations across commercial asset classes.
