To provide a high level of customer service and "ownership" in relation to the long term maintenance and refurbishment of a portfolio of buildings forming part of the University estate
Profile
- Experience of managing volume construction and refurbishment projects in occupied premises (c.100+ projects ranging in value between £5k and £15m under their control at any one time; from various stages of feasibility/inception, through to end of defects and project close-down )
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification and experience
- Full professional membership of one of the following professional bodies: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institute of British Architects, or Institution of Structural Engineers
