Future high street - Regeneration project manager - £500 p/d - 6 months

My north west based long standing local authority clients are one of the lucky councils to have been successful with their funding bid as part of the future high streets programme. This news has been a long time in the waiting and due to the workload coming up are looking to bring in an interim regeneration manager for an initial 6-month period.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience leading on local authority regeneration projects of £10 million + in size, with it being beneficial if these projects consisted of town centre work involving leisure and education buildings.
• A professional background in either project management/surveying/planning with relevant qualifications from those (RICS/RITP/Prince2)
• Available to start by latest the end of January.
