Job Details
Macdonald & Company are working with a Partnership based in Kettering on an exciting Rural Surveyor opportunity.
You will have the opportunity to take on a varied role with a wide range of professional work, including:
- Estates Management
- Undertaking Property Valuations on behalf of banks and other lending institutions, related to the rural environments, as well as residential and commercial elements
- Assisting in sales and lettings of property
- Compensation claims
- Managing and developing client relationships
- liaising with contractors, clients and colleagues
About you:
- MRICS Qualified
- Proven track record of working within a similar firm and practice
- A practical understanding of property, land and agriculture
- Ability to confidently deal with clients in a professional manner
