Excellent permanent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor to join an established firm or surveyors - £45,000

Your new company
As a Residential Surveyor you will be joining an award winning firm of surveyors specialising in the valuation and building surveys or residential property across the south west. You will be joining a family ran company which has been trading for over twenty years, priding themselves on providing an honest approach at the highest quality.

Your new role
You will join your new company with a view to providing professional surveying services specifically across the Devon region. Your role will be varied, and could consist of property valuations, home buyers surveys and building survey reports. You will work under your own initiative to schedule appointments and nurture key relationships across the south west region.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to either be a chartered member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors, or be an AssocRICS member, working towards full chartered status. You'll ideally be based in the Devon region to enable easy travel to survey locations, and also have experience in residential property valuation, homebuyer reports or building surveys.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary to be calculated based on experience and qualifications, up to £45,000 per year. You'll receive a car allowance or company car alongside support towards covering professional membership costs, or obtaining professional membership.
