Disrepair Surveyor

I am currently working with a Local Authority in London who are looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their Housing Management team.

About the role;

• You will carry out Pre and Post Inspections, Voids, Responsive Repairs, managing complex works from inception to completion with emphasis on getting it right the first time.
• Provide accurate Analysis and Specification of works, Raising Orders and ensuring completion to approved timescales within budget.

You must have ;

• Relative experience of building maintenance in a local authority or other registered social landlord
• HNC, HND, BTEC HND or higher, in a building discipline, or over 5 years hands on experience of related repairs surveying/ construction from a trade background.

About the Contract;

• 3 Month +
• £30-£32 an hour
