Senior Surveyor - Property Management

Central London property consultancy in need of a Senior Surveyor in the Commercial Property Management team.

Your new company
A rapidly expanding Central London consultancy specialising in Property Management, Professional Services and Agency. This organisation of over 100 members of staff deals with clients with assets of over £3 billion and gains much of their new business through high quality service, word of mouth and reputation.

Your new role
You will be joining the Property Management team and will have direct exposure to the Executive Director and Associate Director on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service and reporting to clients, ensuring that invoicing of company fees is up to date at all times as well as completing regular property inspections to ensure compliance.

There will also be an element of Business Development whereby you will try to identify, develop and maintain strong business relationships, with some asset management opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS qualification (preferably 2-3 years' PQE)
• Full driving licence
• Experience of property management systems
• Proven track record in delivering property management services
• Service charge and Landlord & Tenant experience highly desirable

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn £45,000-£50,000 + car allowance + benefits
