Interim Estates Surveyor - Council - 6 Months – Lancashire – £300 per day

My Local Authority Client based in Lancashire is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once it is safe to do so. 

Skills/Requirements:

-Carry out day to day Estates Management work including rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, new lettings and easement work.

-You may also be required to work on development and investment work depending upon experience and background. 

-They are ideally looking for a chartered surveyor with Council experience but if you are a chartered surveyor from the private background then they would be interested to know about your situation. 

-If you are a Registered Valuer or have extensive Valuation experience then the Client would be interested in seeing your CV.

The role will initially be an interim post with a view to go permanent after the initial period.
