Job Details
A multi disciplinary, Quantity Surveying consultancy in Devon are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit, diverse and talented team.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a leading, South West consultancy, who have an outstanding portfolio of high end residential projects across Devon and Cornwall.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
You will play a leading, cost management role on a range of private residential projects up to £10m whilst also helping the junior Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- 5+ years' experience
- Quantity Surveying degree
- Residential, project experience would be beneficial
- JCT knowledge
- Locally based
- UK, cost consultancy/cost management experience
