Job Details
An award winning and innovative construction consultancy, are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
Ideally, they are looking for a newly Chartered Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for the next step in their career.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based just a short walk from Manchester Oxford Road Station, and supporting a consultancy who have a clear understanding of their clients needs and provide a myriad of services.
The consultancy are highly supportive with their Quantity Surveyors who are looking to work on large scale projects, with key clients and exciting designs.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
You will have a choice of projects to work on including High End Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Infrastructure.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the Directors with key clients, on all forms of contract and ensuring professionalism and continuity is maintained at all times.
The Quantity Surveyor:
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- Ideally MRICS
- Alternatively a large proportion of APC completed.
- Ideally a minium of 5 years post graduate experience
- Confident with Pre contract duties
- Recent handling of own projects
- Motivated and Confident
