Job Details

A prestigious, commercial property consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join their modern and progressive, Quantity Surveying division in London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly talented, professional, and experienced team of Surveyors who are heavily involved in the growth of the cost management division. The team currently require a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor with CAT A and/or CAT B, fit out experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Primarily, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion on behalf of landlords and tenants, including all pre contract and post contract, commercial matters.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also report directly to clients and board level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • CAT A and/or CAT B, fit out, project experience
  • Client facing with excellent communication skills
  • Preferably MRICS
  • Degree qualified
  • Experience working within a UK, cost consultancy/private practice
