Are you an experienced Senior level Project Manager looking for an Associate Director position? Do you have experience working across a variety of building types and market sectors? Then keep reading!

A professional consultancy construction firm are looking for an Associate Director to join their established team in London. We are looking for a talented, ambitious and enthusiastic Associate Director to work across a variety of building types, grow the existing business and client base and growing a team.

You will have the opportunity to lead on projects including remodelling and new builds, CAT A and CAT B.

Requirements of the Associate Director:

  • Relevant degree-level qualification
  • Membership of relevant professional body
  • Relevant experience in buildings projects and working in a similar consultancy environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Capable of Business Development
  • Capable of managing project teams
  • Good client-facing and communication skills
  • Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible

Responsibilities of the Associate Director:

  • Providing high-quality project management services to our clients
  • Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
  • Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player
  • Maintaining effective communication
  • Undertaking commercial management
  • Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing support to the managing director
  • Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
  • Take a leading role on securing new work
  • Managing junior members of the team
