General Practice Surveyor – Senior Surveyor / Associate Director
Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently assisting a highly regarded mid-sized Property Consultancy who are looking to hire a General Practice Surveyor at either Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their Professional Services team based in the West End. You will be joining an experienced and close-knit team who work with a range of diverse range of clients.
Role Profile
- Carrying out Valuations for a range of purposes including; loan security, accounts, tax, and acquisitions purposes. Properties valued will be across a range of commercial asset classes
- Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals across a range of commercial property types
- Leasehold reform valuations
- Business Development
- Client Management
Key skills and Experience
- MRICS Chartered with pqe experience
- RICS Registered Valuer
