Job Details
My client is an non-bank lender, majority owned by an international developer and operator of residential and commercial ventures dominant across European, Asian and Australian markets. They are on the look out for a Real Estate Associate to join their fast growing team.
Requirements:
- Report writing - detailing the risks on lending on developments across the UK
- Running the data and due diligence which will guide decision making
- Building relationship with developers in the UK
- Accuracy of work and attention to detail very important
- Investigative and analytical mind-set
- Relevant property experience needed
This is a great opportunity for an individual to get great exposure and you will also be working very closely with the Executive Director of the company.
