Bath, Senior Site Manager, Commercial build


Your new role
Your new role will be to act as a senior figure on a large commercial project in Bath city centre. The project is worth 40 million, consists of new build and complete fit out. Your role will be to report directly in to a number 1 on site. Your role will be to control sub-contractors, control elements of the supply chain and to see the building through until handover.
You will be part of a large team with clear deliverable to achieve completion on time and to a high healthy and safety standard.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience working on large projects. You must be able to forward think and deal with large quantities of subcontractor and supply chain methods. Having a track record of working in a team and running projects is essential. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid and the commitment to see the project through.
