Chartered Building Surveyor

Consultancy with offices throughout the UK are looking for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join their office in West Yorkshire. 

You will be working with a wide and varied client base and will be required to have a flexible approach to problem solving and the management and running of projects, working in a small friendly team of engineers and surveyors. 

There will be UK travel required for this role although will mainly be in the North and Midlands. 

Requirements of successful candidates include: 

> 5 years minimum experience post graduation
> MRICS or within the final stages of APC 
> Be competent in Building Regs, CDM Regs, Party Wall matters
> Specification and schedule of works writing
> Contract administration of small to medium sized projects (£50k to £1m)
> Able to demonstrate competence in report writing
> Diagnosis of building defects and good working knowledge of building construction
> Planned maintenance inspections and preparation of PMI reports
> Pre-acquisition Building surveys of residential, commercial & industrial premises
> CAD skills would be of benefit but not essential
