Are you able to build long term relationships with tenants?
If you answered yes to the above then I have a really exciting opportunity for you.
I am currently working with a client I have partnered on a number of assignments, they are a large property owner throughout the UK, their culture and the ability to progress is unrivalled.
They are currently on the lookout for a site facilities manager to assist their property managers in order to build relationships with tenants, make sure the buildings are in order and to be able to report should any maintenance need doing. A good understanding of fire safety would prove beneficial.
The patch will be covering the North East and part of Yorkshire so someone based either in Newcastle or York would suit.
Salary circa £30-35,000+Vehicle for travel.
