Senior Building Surveyor

The Company
Joshua Robert Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with market leading property firm with a wide-reaching presence that began in the midlands area. They have an exciting opportunity in their Kettering office for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The role will have the potential to progress in to a senior leadership position for the right individual, potentially with an equity stake.

The Role
This highly established property firm are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor whose main experience is with commercial Property. The role will be highly varied and will primarily work with commercial clients covering, Schedules of conditions, dilapidations, schedules of works, project management, CDM and planned maintenance programmes.

The Person
Ideally you will be RICS qualified and have well rounded experience within a similar building surveying post. It is important that you can build strong relationships both internally and externally. Equally you must have a professional approach and be motivated to continually develop. The business has an excellent culture, therefore the ability to work well within a team is also essential.
