Job Details
An ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support a global and award-winning Real Estate consultancy in Manchester.
Based 10 minutes from Victoria station, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a small but tenacious team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor should have a desire to work within the property market, delivering services for International and high end clients.
The Company
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who operate in over 80 countries, proividing consultative services within Real Estate and Property.
Quantity Surveyors can be seen working on a large myriad of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Hotel, Private Education and Offices,
Due to recent projects being awarded to them, this company are looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors to drive them forward and take on responsibilties to ensure client satisfaction.
The Assitant Quantity Surveyor
Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 3 post grad years work experience, including;
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- APC diary started
- Clear Property sector experience
- Various other sectors would be welcomed
- Pre & Post contract duties
- Client facing
