Our client is looking for a Sustainability Manager to work across commercial CAT A+B fit out projects on behalf of land estates and investor/funds.

About the role

As a sustainability manager you will be tasked with but not limited to;

• Advising clients on the best route to help construct developments with NET zero/negative carbon emissions
• Manage project teams with sustainability planning
• Implementing best environmental practice in line with the client’s EMS

About you

Ideally, you will have held a sustainability manager/advisor position with your previous company, be an accredited BREEAM and/or SKA Assessor and have worked on commercial fit-out projects.
