Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

Location: South East London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A South East London based firm is looking to strengthen their building consultancy division with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

We are exclusively working with a medium sized multi-discipline consultancy based in South East London. They are an established award winning practice who undertake work across the public residential, education and leisure sectors.

Due to an increase in workload an opportunity has arisen within the building surveying department working on several schemes across London and the South East. The forward thinking organisation has a strong emphasis on progression and will offer full support in achieving promotion.

About the role:

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Employers agent
• Schedule of condition
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Party wall matters
• Refurbishment
• Building surveys
• Inspections

About you:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
