Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

Location: City of London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A City based Property Consultants is looking to strengthen their Building Consultancy division with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

My client is a seven minute walk from London’s Liverpool Street Station, they boast modern open plan offices within the Heart of the Capital. Offering long term flexible working, they are a close-knit group who take great pride in their work.

About the role:

This is a traditional building surveying role which will encompass both professional and project disciplines. You will lead several schemes from inception to completion, project values range from £500k - £3million. Represent the consultancy in site meetings and manage external stakeholders. You will also be tasked with spotting new business opportunities through existing and new clients.

About the Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commercially aware
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
