Job Details
A dedicated and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support a global and award-winning Real Estate consultancy in Birmingham.
Based 5 minutes from Moor Street station, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small but tenacious team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor should have a desire to work within the property market, delivering services for International and high end clients.
The Company
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who operate in over 80 countries, proividing consultative services within Real Estate and Property.
Quantity Surveyors can be seen working on a large myriad of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Hotel, Private Education and Offices,
Due to recent projects being awarded to them, this company are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to drive them forward and take on responsibilties to ensure client satisfaction.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 8 post grad years work experience, including;
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- Clear Property sector experience
- Pre & Post contract duties
- Management of small teams
- Client facing
