Carriera is recruiting for a construction consultancy who have a full orderbook for 2021 and beyond. Their service offering covers project, cost and design management. Typically, projects cover retail fit-out, garage forecourt renovations and new build extensions to shops and forecourts.

About the role

As a project manager, you will be tasked with but not limited to; leading your own schemes from inception to completion, site visits where appropriate, appointing the right consultants to deliver projects on time and budget. This role will see you working from home most of the time but, where needed, you will need to visit sites which will be located in the south west i.e. Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset. The client would ideally like this role to develop into a senior project manager role within two years.

About you

You will be degree educated in either Building Surveying or Project Management, and be a member of RICS. You will have CAT A+B commercial fit-out and/or retail experience and be open to travel as and when appropriate.
