Assistant Development Manager - Manchester - Clientside

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a couple of assistant development managers to join a thriving national developer. The organisation continue to expand and grow at a rapid rate and have aspirations to double their portfolio and business over the next 5 years. 

The role is full cycle development, cradle to grave. You will ideally have a 2+years' experience working across development, either planning, front end or construction and will have strong people skills. 

The role will entail everything from running appraisals, viability reports, cash flows through to post contract management and completion. 

It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career further in a large but growing company with clear progression routes whilst gaining exposure to every element of the development cycle.
