Salary etc: £31,592 - £40,659 p.a. plus Essential Car User Allowance, Pension & Flexible Working.  Relocation package up to £5,400 + VAT.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week (Full Time)

A relocation package of up to £5,400 + VAT is available to assist anyone requiring to move to Grampian to take up these positions.

Applicants should be Chartered Surveyors (F/MRICS) although consideration may be given to candidates with a RICS accredited degree at a lower salary scale starting at £28,105 per annum. Applicants should be computer literate and have excellent communication and team working skills together with an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach to work.

The successful applicant will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service.  Due to the rural nature of Grampian this is normally undertaken by use of a car. Annual leave may be restricted during certain times of the year such as election and revaluation periods. You may be required to work additional hours during busy periods, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Whilst the posts are normally office based, our staff are currently enabled for home working in line with the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 guidelines.
