Are you fed up of working for a consultancy that hasn’t really changed over the last few years?

If so then look no further as this opportunity gives you the chance to grow alongside the company.

You would be working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy that are no doubt heading in the right direction, you would  visit projects all over Europe not just in the UK, working with one of the largest tech companies in the world to help them deliver high-end commercial developments to the standard that they deserve.

The company in question have developed their own software that is changing the status quo, creating efficiency and interactivity beyond its years. Technology is no doubt going to make a big impact in the construction industry and being involved and ahead of the game is surely a no brainer?

If successful you would be in charge of a growing team of 15 that has been around for a total of 4 years, the Directors have plans to get to a headcount of 50 by 2025 and need the right talented individual in place to help them get there.

The role will include:

• Delivery
• Team management
• Strategic decisions
• Business development

Current projects:

• Various Commercial fit-out projects - Europe (Paris, Madrid, Berlin)
• Large Residential developments – London
• Various other Hotel and Private Healthcare projects

You:

• Must be MRICS
• Must have management experience
• Must have a mix of Cat A/B + new build experience
