Job Details

This London based REIT has over £1bn of UK wide real estate assets under management. As part of their ambitious expansion plans they have a newly created role for a Property Analyst to join and support the team in providing insight and analysis. Your findings and influence will help shape the future strategy of the business.
Main responsibilities;
  • Acquisition & disposal analysis
  • Development and capex appraisals
  • Preparing performance analysis
  • Assisting in the valuation process
  • Portfolio forecasting
  • Financial modelling - (ability to create bespoke financial models including debt financing)
You will be commercially astute, highly numerate and able to identify key risks and opportunities. Experienced in commercial real estate, you will have good financial modelling and analytical skills, and be  MRICS qualified. Contact Alistair Carter for more information.
