We are looking for a Assistant Valuation Manager (Commercial Valuations) to join our Valuation Team in UAE (United Arab Emirates). Next to handling complex valuation case work throughout UAE, you will also be managing & monitoring the team and ensuring all reports are in accordance with the RICS - International Valuation Standards.
Responsible for:
• Inspection of properties.
• Valuation and development appraisals together with due diligence
• Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients.
• Acting as a Technical Advisor to colleagues in valuation matters.
• Leading and mentoring team members.
Requirements:
• MRICS qualified, with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in commercial, residential, plant & machinery valuations.
• Previous managerial experience to be able to lead the team.
• Flexibility to travel in the region when required.
