Project Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham – Up to £40,000

I am currently working with a national independent building and project consultancy with a brilliant APC support programme who are looking to add a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to their rapidly growing midlands team based in Solihull. You would be working in a client facing role on industrial and private sector projects with opportunities to gain experience across a range of schemes over a number of sectors. Exposure to pre and post contract work is preferred. This position is for an ambitious quantity surveyor looking to really add to their experience and take on more responsibility. You would be working within an energetic medium sized team.  My client prides themselves on providing an open and friendly environment with a team who have a focus on helping the wider community, and have been part of the World Mental Health Day initiative.  

Requirements

• RICS accredited degree
• 2 years consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract exposure

• Up to £40,000
