Job Title: Associate Building Surveyor

Location: Surrey

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

An award winning multi-discipline practice in Surrey is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor.

My client is an established consultancy who provide building surveying, project management and quantity surveying advice across the built environment. They predominately undertake projects within the public residential, education and commercial sectors.

Due to an increase in instructions an opportunity in the team has arisen. We are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to lead several programmes from inception to completion. Projects are located in Surrey and the South East, values range from £500k - £2million.

This is a traditional building surveying role which leans in favour of projects over professional work. Contract administration, project management and party wall experience are required. There is a career development programme on offer, you will have the full support of the practice to achieve Partnership status.

Clients: Local authorities, housing associations, private schools, universities and blue-chip corporations.

About the Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
