Project Surveyor

Your new role

As a project surveyor you will be working on planned maintenance refurbishment projects on a permanent full time basis. You will be required to deliver professional surveying, design and contract administration services to ensure refurbishment projects successfully meet quality standards required to achieve project objectives. You will deliver a customer focused and strong project and contract management approach to service delivery, including the principal design, specification and delivery of projects. You will be involved in cost management and progress monitoring to ensure the customer experience and quality standards are understood, maintained and developed. You will work closely with external parties to ensure the refurbishment works are in accordance to the requirements and meets housing standards.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this project surveyor role you will have working experience within project work in particular focusing on detailed design work for the refurbishment of buildings. You will bring experience of project management delivery in relation to significant capital/revenue projects within a property investment related organisation and must show evidence of having experience of providing professional surveying services.
