A leading Industrial-focussed Property Company is seeking an exceptional individual to join them as an Asset Manager who can be based in either the Midlands, or North.  This is a true value-adding role, with the day to day Property Management being outsourced to consultancy.  They are a streamlined outfit who are only interested in employing the very best!
 
The ideal candidate will be a shed specialist, or will at least have significant sector experience.  You will be able to be handed a portfolio on day one and will already know exactly what the job will entail, you will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy to maximise value, minimise voids, etc.  Salary and package are flexible for the right person, likely circa £40-60,000+Car Allowance+Bonus.  For further information please call Simon Chevis on 0161 607 5087.
