Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

A leading multi-discipline practice is looking to strengthen their building consultancy department with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor.

My client is a reputable practice, they dominate the built environment within the local Cambridgeshire area. Due to longstanding relationships and an excellent reputation the firm has started 2021 strong securing several long term instructions.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the already successful division. The Building Consultancy department are a close-knit group of professionals who take great pride in their work.

This is a traditional building role which offers a healthy balance of professional and project work. The core services the division offer include dilapidations, technical due diligence, repairs, refurbishment and party wall matters.

Clients: Financial institutes, developers, blue-chip corporations, high net worth individuals

About the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Full UK driver’s licence
