Registered Valuer - North West Council - 3 Months - Negotiable Rates - Remote Working

My Local Authority Client based in the North West is currently looking for an Interim Registered Valuer an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend looking likely. They are looking for someone who can work remotely but they do need a Surveyor who is based within the North West Region as you will be required to carry out ad hoc visits. 

Requirements: 

• Must be a Registered Valuer. 
• You will be required to carry out a number of asset valuations so experience on DRC and Red Book Valuations would be needed for this role. 
• The majority of the portfolio is Council owned commercial property which includes Town Halls, Swimming Baths, Schools, Industrial, Shops and Shopping Centres. 
• As well as Valuation knowledge, it is recommended that the right candidate will also understand general estates management such as rent reviews, leases and yields.
