Job Title: Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Location: West End, London

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

An independent Building Surveying specialist is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor.

My client is a boutique organisation who predominately operates within the retail, leisure, office and residential sectors. Due to an increase in workload and opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join the team.

They are a modern and dynamic group of professionals; the team has a great mixture of experience. Commercially aware, business minded and proactive are traits to describe the department. Always thinking ahead, spotting new opportunities with existing and new clientele, your hard work is rewarded by a lucrative bonus scheme

This is a traditional building surveying role which will encompass both professional and project disciplines. The core services the practice offer include refurbishment, dilapidations, technical due diligence, project management and contract administration.

Clients: Luxury retail suppliers, financial institutes, developers, investors and blue-chip corporations.

About the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Fee earning experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
