A leading European Real Estate Investment Manager with over £10bn AUM is looking to hire an Asset Manager at Associate Director level. The business is at an exciting stage in its evolution having just been instructed by a prestigious client to manage their portfolio of trophy assets in Germany. They are now seeking an Asset Manager to support the London based team, predominantly working on their German portfolio, with some exposure to other geographical areas too. Candidates will need between 5 and 10 years Real Estate experience and are likely to have worked across multiple asset classes. This asset management role is extremely broad and candidates will be involved in all parts of the property life cycle; from interacting with deal teams at acquisition, undertaking due diligence and business plan formation, having responsibility for delivering business plans for a portfolio across mainland Europe (especially in Germany) and assisting with the development and execution of exit strategies.

I am keen to speak to individuals who have the presence and relationship skills to manage third party Asset Managers, ensuring their continued focus on delivering strategic business objectives. Successful candidates will be able to combine commercial acumen with numeracy and communicate the interaction of both to a high standard.


  • Fluency in German is essential with knowledge of the property markets in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich.
  • Circa 5 to 10 years industry experience, with recent experience in an Asset Management team.
  • Solid analytical skills and good financial modelling knowledge.
  • Commercial real estate experience.
