Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor

Location: Kent

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

A leading multi-discipline practice in Kent is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their team.

My client is an established consultancy who have a reputable reputation in the built environment. Building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and health and safety are a handful of services the firm provides.

The organisation has recently promoted internally along with securing several new instructions. This has led to an opportunity arising within the building surveying team. They are a close-knit bunch of professionals who take great pride in their work and provide high levels of client care.

This is a generic building surveying role which has a strong emphasis on project work. The core services the consultancy offer are contract administration, project management, planned maintenance programmes and schedules of works. The division is currently undertaking schemes across the public housing, education and commercial sectors. Predominately the work is located within Kent and the surrounding South East area.

Clients: Local authorities, schools, universities, blue-chip corporations and developers.

About the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
