Building Surveyor - Graduate/Assistant Level - SE London

A multi disciplinary construction consultancy require a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join them, in South East London, to work with some of the UK’s largest and best-known companies. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, primarily in New Build Resi. This will offer the right candidate an opportunity to join a stable company that is continually expanding. You will have excellent support to continue your development with the APC – the companies pass rate for the APC is phenomenal!

Experience wise, ideally you will be already working as a Building Surveyor. Having graduated with a relevant RICS degree and looking to become chartered. That said the client will consider applications from Graduates who have placement/work experience. The right candidate will also show the willingness to learn, eager to grow and develop and bags of enthusiasm – the client understands that you will not be the finished article as a Building Surveyor, they want you to have the determination to be this.
