Development Surveyor/Manager - Resi Developer North West

A well-funded, rapidly expanding North West resi developer is seeking an ambitious Development Surveyor/Manager to join their growing team. This is a 'full cycle' development role working closely with the Development Director to deliver a variety of resi-led schemes. Dealing with everything from acquisition, appraisals, and planning, through to successful project delivery dealing with schemes of varying sizes from a handful of units through to iconic, flagship schemes. The right attitude and personality are crucial for this role - we need someone who is highly motivated, driven, ambitious, and keen to learn. This could suit someone from either a front end, or a project delivery background, who is keen to add more variety to their experience.
