Experienced Building Surveyor

We are recruiting in surrey for an experienced building surveyor to join a well-regarded chartered surveying firm.

Our client is a professional consulting practice made up of chartered building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, and construction managers. They hold an exceptional reputation within the high-end residential space, and work with a number of private clients across the South East.

The workload is made up of a wide range of projects and a number of building surveying duties, including dilapidations, party wall, schedule of works and defect diagnosis as well  as major refurbishments and repairs. 

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, who is chartered via MRICS/MCIOB. You will be able to manage your own workload in an efficient and organised manner and have had experience dealing with high end residential clients.

In return, the business will provide a basic salary, plus bonus based on performance and benefits including, pension, professional membership fees, mobile phone, laptop and more.
