Associate Director of Building Surveying

A terrific opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor in Woking.

With 25 years of service to the property and construction industry. The business we are representing employ over 100 staff across 8 offices in the UK. Their experience and knowledge are considered as unrivaled throughout the commercial space, as this is where a majority of their business is generated. 

80% of their client base has been developed within the private sector, typically working with Landlords, Occupiers, Developers & Investors. Whether it's managing a portfolio of assets or investing in commercial property. The business has an exceptional service offering, compelled of technical and forward-thinking professionals, who are able to deliver extensive advice on some of the most complex projects.

You will be commercially minded with aspirations of developing your knowledge and client base within this realm. You will be tasked with the opportunity of helping grow the woking office and will be provided the platform, tools and support in order to achieve this. 

This will be predominantly a project focused role, where you will oversee projects from the pre-acquisition stage, through to final completion and will be responsible for overseeing small to multimillion-pound projects.

The business is looking for somebody who is driven and keen to progress their seniority within the private sector, who has business acumen, as well as the desire and ability to get things done efficiently and to a high standard.

Compensation;  

In return you will be rewarded with;

-    Basic Salary £55,000-£65,000

-    25 Days Holiday
