Job Details
My client is a specialist Commercial Property & Asset Management firm, working with some of the biggest and best clients across the Industrial sector. Despite Covid-19, they are continuing to grow as a business and looking to bring on a Commercial Property Manager, to deal with the demand.
You will be part of a highly motivated and effective team, who have a wealth of experience and are willing to provide the right person with support and training they require, to become Qualified.
The Role:
- Assist in the management of client relationships and all portfolio wide matters such as, monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, managing collation of environmental data
- Provide support and assist in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings.
- Management of rental and other income including tenant arrears
- Work with tenants to build and maintain strong relationships
- Work with the accounts team to ensure compliance with the businesses rent collection KPI's
- Preparing and administering service charge budgets and expenditures
- Assisting clients in the acquisitions and disposals of properties
- Liaise with clients' agents, solicitors and other consultants
About You:
- Have at least 6-12 months Commercial Property Management experience
- Ideally a RICS accredited degree
- Professional, personable with a commercial approach
- Excellent communication experience
- Ability to work with, motivate and develop other team members
