Job Details

A proactive, forward-thinking Cost Management Consultancy are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding, close knit team in London.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a young, enthusiastic and sociable team who work across an array of highly impressive, high end residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Outside of supporting a Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor, the successful Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for their own residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

  • MRICS, or close to sitting your APC interview
  • Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
  • Confident and professional
  • Team player
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • High end residential project experience would be beneficial.
