Job Details
A traditional, Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent consultancy are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to an established client base which covers an array of residential and commercial projects throughout the UK.
On said projects, you will provide a range of pre and post contract services and at times, carry out employers agent and/or project management roles.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Based in Surrey.
- Hold a RICS accredited degree.
- 2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Contract administration and cost planning experience
