The business has grown significantly over the last 5 years and has continued to do so throughout the current period of lock-downs. Due to this growth, they are now looking to expand their general practice offering, including property management, agency and valuation. As part of this expansion, they are looking to either acquire smaller firms that may consider becoming part of a larger group, or they are willing to appoint senior level equity partners, providing candidates have the correct level of experience.

The requirement of the client is to appoint individuals that can add value by bringing significant client knowledge and experience operating within the Midlands market place. It is important that you are able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of customers and have the willingness to continue to grow and develop the business. For individuals looking to sell their existing business, they are happy to discuss formal exit routes subsequent to acquisition.
