Your new role
As the Head of the Property Management department your role will be responsible for bringing together the 3 elements of property management; facilities, accounts and property management into a service delivery focus. Our client are looking for a leader and candidates with the potential to be able to develop and grow the business would be of particular interest.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Head of Property Management you will need to have significant experience in a commercial property management role with a proven track record of managing a team around you. You will need to be at least a Associate or Senior Associate for this role however our client will also be keen to speak to individuals who operating at partner level to take on this leading role with in their business.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary dependant on experience other benefits will include a car or car allowance. There is also a bonus scheme (subject to targets and budget), holidays rising by one day per year to 28 days per year (starting point depends on appointment level), 4% ER pension contribution, 50% gym membership paid, BUPA, income protection scheme and perkbox.
