Job Details

A leading multi-disciplined, national consultancy is looking to add a Associate/Senior Associate or Partner, to lead the Commercial Property Management team, in their Cambridgeshire office.

Your role will involve working with Investors, Occupiers, Developers and Landlords in both Private and Public Sectors. My client delivers Property & Asset management services, across more than 3,000 properties, in the Home Counties and across the UK. 

The Role:
  • Manage rental and other income including tenant indebtedness
  • Provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities such as rent review and lease renewals.
  • Prepare client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients
  • Drive fee generation wherever possible
  • Undertake and arrange property inspections
  • Prepare and administer service charge expenditure
  • Ensure tenants compliance with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance obligations
  • Oversee the provision of common services to properties and tenants
  • Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
  • Deal with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
  • Supervising, directing and maintaining up to date records for site-based staff.
About You:
  • At least 7-10 years' experience working in commercial property management
  • MRICS Qualified or equivalent experience
  • Be able to lead and motivate a team
  • Good commercial acumen with an ability to provide sound advice to clients
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build gravitas amongst clients
