Job Title: Graduate Building Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for Graduate Building Surveyor with a minimum of 12 months experience to join a West End based practice.

My client has started 2021 strongly having been instructed on several new projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties. They are a multi sector organisation who deliver schemes across the commercial, residential, industrial and education divisions.

We are looking for a positive Graduate Building Surveyor who has the appetite to continue their personal and career development. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC mentor. You will be offered accurate work and projects to achieve your full MRICS Chartership.

The team is a close-knit group of friendly and professional surveyors. The offices are open and operating within the current guidelines. You are able to attend the offices however this is at your own discretion. Predominately you will work from home with the occasional site visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Schedules of condition
  • Party wall matters
  • Planned maintenance programmes
  • AutoCAD
  • Inspections
  • Site meetings

About the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  • BSc in Building Surveying
  • Minimum 12 months private practice experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Full UK driver’s licence
